30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@geekchic.shop with your order number and reason.
- We provide return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship back within 14 days of approval.
- We inspect and notify you of approval or rejection.
Refund Processing
If approved, refund processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method. Original shipping costs non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at support@geekchic.shop with photos. We arrange free replacement or full refund.

- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
Exchanges
Return the item and place a new order for different size/colour.
Late or Missing Refunds
If refund not received after 10 business days: check your bank, contact your credit card company, then contact us at support@geekchic.shop.
